bug fixing!

- game pause button now works and U could exit from current stage from this

- hp are refilled when finish stages

- enemyes respawns among stages

- all dash states make hero intangible

- now prizes at end stage are granted

- a throwing enemy now shoot in right direction

- backgrounds of higher stages now are fixed and don't show always countrysides
